Making steady progress on my Eldar killteam. This Dire Avenger Exarch will be leading my killteam in the field.
He was really quick to paint and looks great next to the howling banshees. The reversed colour schemes are doing just what I wanted by keeping the two units looking unified, while adding a little variation.
The style of the Eldar back banners reminds me of samurai sashimono so I decided to paint his banner as one. I've made an attempt at a red Koi swimming up a waterfall on one side and a calligraphic Dire Avenger rune on the other side.
